Hello,
*Hugs you all warmly***
As we begin our self- healing we ask for Divine guidance, pray for love, acceptance of self, protection from fear, etc…
Yet, as we move through our healing, we sometimes find ourselves feeling unprotected, and fearful. Why is this you ask?
With each healing that we experience, we are expanding our capacity to love ourselves unconditionally. Sometimes we are aware of our thoughts, and sometimes when deep within our Selves, we are healing on a deeper level, through the intention to heal hurts.
When we love our hurt it is important to remember that these places may have been buried for a very long time. These places within that have not been looked at or accepted have been enclosed within Fear. These places are literally protected from feeling Love, by Your Own Fear.
So in freeing yourself from your own un-acceptance; you experience fear from this unaccepted part of Your Self.
Oftentimes this will startle you out of your meditation, as you ask yourself, what is that? Is there something outside of myself that is threatening my peace? The spiritual realm, especially as we are moving through these shifts by loving our Selves, can be frightening to our sense of security. We have made ourselves numb so we do not feel; yet as you heal, you are acknowledging your self as Light.
The reality of what is happening is the opposite of your fear. We are freeing ourselves from fear by exposing our fears to Love. This sometimes produces anxiety within you because it seems foreign to your fear to be loved. You're freeing yourself by allowing this place inside you to be Its Self; Love.
If this feeling persists, stop and ask your Self. Self, please tell me why I am feeling such anxiety. If you listen for the answer, thoughts will come to you that will free you from fear. You Love your fears as you are facing your fears. Know that if you are experiencing fear, you are feeling it because You are ready to Heal. Fear is a safety of sorts to fear It Self. It is really a cry for Loving acceptance, as it is saying "Heal Me, I fear my Truth".
It is helpful to look at fear as your personal guidance to loving yourself so you can heal with more compassion for yourself as you liberate your self from fear.
Each time you address something within yourself that produces this fear; please understand that great healing is occurring.
Fear will urge you to stop. Know that Love is Ever Present and with you always. And nothing can harm you. Love flows within through and around you.
I wish you all peace today and every day.
I love you,
Don't be afraid,
Love Your Self,
Love the World
Susan
