I was surprised not to find anything in a search on our boards! I hear that uterine fibroids affect 20 to 50 percent of women. Anyway, I have a friend who is suffering intense bleeding with hers , and was wondering if anyone has impacted this condition with Reiki?

My dearest Reiki Master suffered from these, and I was able to be with her after her operation to remove them.

Reiki helps greatly in terms of giving strength and easing pain, also with any recovary from operations.

Reiki should be given directly to this area for as long as it flows in this condidtion. Reiki to throat chakra can also be usefull, as it is a very emotional condition to have such a personal area affected.

I can't say I have direct experience using reiki to treat uterine fibroids. However, I DO have experience using reiki to treat fibroids in the breast. My own breasts had been diagnosed as extensively fibro-cystic for many years. Two years ago, I became concerned about pain and discomfort arising from this condition. I started a regimin of treatment of each breast - direct, hands on skin - for about 20 minutes each morning. After 5 or 6 months, I had another mamogram done. This one showed only some basic microscopic level fibroid tissue, and did not show any of the large fibroid tumors which had been my lot. The doctor & I were both very pleased.

So in response to your question - I would expect that reiki would be helpful to treating uterine fibroids, most especially if done as part of a regular self-treatment program. Good luck! Blessings, batwigns

I noticed that after Reiking my abdomen for a few days a little while ago, and the feeling of being full all the time and not being able to digest well, I understand this condition to be part of symptoms of uterine fibroids; howver, this symptoms went away, and now I feel fine and can eat just about anything I want.

I have been sending Reiki to my uterine fibroids, and I have also been doing the castor oil packs.Next, I may try the enzymes. I hope it all works to get rid of them!
