Ask your children to play a game with you to see who can keep their finger tips together the longest. Let them win of cource, but not till after five or ten minutes have passed.
Have your children or any one's children or adults sit on the floor crossleg.
If adults are playing wait till after the creeks from the joints and groans from just getting down onto the floor have subsided before you continue playing.
Now have them place their finger tips together like in prayer but only their finger tips touching. Ask them to focus their attention on their hands and breathe. After a short while, they may feel their pulse (thank goodness) then after awhile they'll feel an electrical impluse
(that's good too) then what will happen is they'll begin
to CHILL OUT.
What they are doing is balancing their phyki's(sp?). Now remember ... your accomplishing the same thing, your chilling out because your playing the game.
Play this game also before bedtime
(they'll sleep really well AND SO WILL YOU)
