Last night I went to a monthly held drumming/shamanic journeying cirlce held in my community. I had not been for many moons. We were ased to send healing from our places of journey.
As i journeyed i went to a rain forest. I found myslef following a blue parrot who in addition to leading me agreed to carry healing to all those in my intentions.
This included all those who have posted requests here at the Reiki Cafe. I asked the blue parrot to accpet Reiki on behalf of all those intentions. He flew underneath the canopy of the forest.
Then a black Jaguire appeared. He growled to get my attention. I was calmly aware of necessary fear and yet was not afraid. The parrot landed on the jaguire's back.
They started walking intot he rain forest/jungle. I followed. I also asked the Jaguire to carry Reiki to those I held in my intention.
After a while, we came to a place where ancient ruins grew out of the jungle. The buildings were covered with carings and images of animnals and birds and enlightened beings.
I had a sense that these structures were temples and very sacred. The rising above the entanglements of the jungle made a strong impression.
After "returning" and sharing the visions of the journey with the healing cirlce, the Shaman shared that he had seen the spirit of the black jaguire from Peru come into the energy of the room and circle.
May the healing of parrot and jaguire touch us all along with the energy of Reiki!
