Origin of the Reiki Cafe

Namaste,

Having only been with the Reiki Cafe a short while, I was just wondering what the Origin of the Reiki Cafe was. It is such a delightfully enlightening place to visit (often) and share with those of such a kind and caring , sometimes humorous and always enlightening nature.

Reiki Peace,

Earthmist,

You obviously missed reading the cornerstone on the northeast corner of the cafe.

(behind the boxwood bush) :o}

Tells you all about the cafe, about mike (as a child, a picture of him with braces, etc.) His successful ventures and how all this came to be!

bagl

Welcome to the cafe.

Blessings, Priestess

DEar Earthmist,

Legend has it that Luke Skywalker got the idea from an empath Reiki Master from the Planet Zeron. As you can see, true to form, as in the cafe featured in Star Wars, they'll let anyone in here!!! Watch out for those tentacles!

Let the force be with you!!

If you go to there is a short story about how I first started the Cafe (under 'why').

The whitefire site is where I had the first incarnation of the Reiki Cafe (Now it just displays links to the new site here). The Cafe has gone through a few incarnations, each time, I keep adding some more functionality. Now it is the first community site among what I hope to be a number of community sites.

Aside from being a great community site for Reiki practitioners, it has also been a test bed for me to try out different ideas for community functionality, as well as an imputus to keep moving forward with the software.

It has come a long way, but it still has a long way to go.

Namaste,

-Mike

Namaste, Mike

Appreciate the wonderful details, which I read while at the Lotus Blossom Pond. I didnt think there was anything to those tales of cornerstones, boxwood bushes, snipes ,Star Wars and Bagles.

Blessings and Joy of Reiki,

Earthsmist

Hello, Priestess!
Please help me out. What does "bagl" mean? Sounds like something that goes with cream cheese.
