The Reiki Cafe 

Just read about this movie starring Marlee Matlin. It's out in limied release this weekend here in my area and I thought I would check it out.
Has anyone seen it or heard anything about it?

I just got back from the film and I have to say I was disappointed. I guess it's all in your point of view..and I was expecting a film on how to incorporate metaphysics into your lives, with alittle explaination of quantum physics peppered throughout. It was just the opposite..scientists trying to explain the unexplainable. It made some very interesting points and the graphics were great showing how the brain works and what the brain looks like during the thought proccess...I just wanted to know more on how *I* can use it.
It explained alot about addictions, though, I felt the examples to be quite stereotypical and degrogatory.
I would still recommend it to anyone interested in the quantum physics aspects...the scientific debates....that was the greater part of the film.

My Reiki client today said she just saw it. She was impressed by the positive affirmations. What we say out loud, what our focus should be and what can happen when you are focusing the negative.

It is on my list.

This is on my list of things to see. My church recently had Father Joe as a guest speaker, but unfortunately, I had to miss it. However, I have heard a lot of positive praise for the movie - can't wait to see it.
