I think I discovered a new headache cure!

1. develop headache
2. go to Pixies reunion tour, and scream along with loud rock music
3. headache will disappear

I propose to call it Hoot'n'Holler Reiki™. That hasn't been copyrighted yet, has it?

- actually, it sounds a lot like 'personal energy' work - which can, of course, be quite effective; as can Reiki.

nice to be back, thanks. i've lurked a little and posted the rare response, but i'm pleased to report that work has been steadier for me in recent months. hope all is well with you and yours, near and far.

yes, perhaps 'yelp and roar' could become the next big spiritual breakthrough technique, although re-discovering it as an already existing pranayama could lend it a certain spiritual credibility.

- if I recall, correctly of course, there was some "fad" back in the 60's or 70's called Primal Scream therapy. I wonder which incarnation of The Eagle (scream) and Lion (roar) Pranayama that was?
