The Reiki Cafe 

Morning!
Yesterday I was in the garage with the door to the house open & heard the sliding glass doors open & close. Since my boyfriend was sleeping & the doors were locked, I assumed he had gotten up for a quick smoke. When I came back up into the house, the verticals were closed & BF still in room. Scratched my head because the wierd part is that when I heard the noise, the dog was at the top of the stairs & turned her head around toward the sliding glass doors.
Mentioned this to my BF & his response: gee, the other day I was at the desk & heard the door from the garage open, thought you were back & got up & you werent there & the door was closed.
The windows were closed both times so likely not road noise. Any ideas?

Holobon, I am so glad to here from you. When I worked with Coll, we learned how people not in bodies live among us when they are confused about being dead. If this house was preowned, it is likely the previous dweller, or at least some previous dweller who does not know he has died. We learned how to initiate conversation with them. Be kind, and gentle and talk to it. If you can hear the reply go from there. Treat this as confusion on their part and help them have peace. They can go home by following the light.

That is a spendid idea! Will see what I can arrange.
(About 10 years ago during a business trip, I was at a hotel in California that was rather old & took a photo of the door in my room since it was mission style & quite interesting. Earlier the other 2 gals & I walked around the place looking for ghosts, all in fun of course. When I developed the picture, you could see the outline of what looks like a spirit..could be a strange flash photo thing I suppose...but I was quite shocked. Joke was on me...spirit was in my room!!

Have not seen anything nor felt it, just heard something. The thing that spooks me a bit though is that over the last 2 months have had several episodes that sounded like someone walking on the roof & my BF also experienced that though at different times than I did. Wrote it off to squirrels or cats or racoons or acorns as there are several trees near the roof. One time I was convinced someone was inside the attic rather than on the roof and the noise was too loud to come from a squirrel or racoon. Perhaps just an overactive imagination & auditory sense? :)

- yes, it is interesting what might show up on what is simply 'standard' film. Some years back we and two of our early teachers (married) visited an 'enchanted' spring in the mountains of Tennessee. He took some photos of us honoring the spring - interesting denizens of the site seemed to show up on film that one would only imagine would register 'physical' phenomena.

- also, my brother-in-law took some video footage of a ritual Handfasting that also revealed what appeared to be some 'interesting' visitors.
