One may Delete an IM Address or just hit ignore...
and Delete an e-mail address too...
Phone numbers are easily deleted...
Addresses thrown away...
In this Tech involved world we live ...
Deleting someone from our lives has become as
easy as hitting a button...
Yes Yes Yes
As easy as hitting a button...

But

One cannot Delete the memories
Both
Good and Bad...
The eneregies stay with us...

God I wish that was true!
To hit a button and BAMM...
its Deleted...
Bad memories are gone and all that
remains is the good...

Better yet ..
Hit a button and BAMM!...your healed!

Sadly Or Joyfully...
once the "Rock is tossed into the pond"
there is no way to stop its rippeling effect...
One must just watch and learn...

Watch as tears from either joy or sadness,
drip down the faces of those the
ripple washes over...
Becareful of every rock tossed because it can
never be taken back...
especially the "bad" ones...

So...
We are left Deleting and Healing...
No Button to push..
Just hard work ahead, to find that needed healing
No button to push...

Delete Delete Delete...
Deleted

But the memories stay...

Make sure your memories are of how your
Ripple spread Love & Joy...
The other memories become that...
"Jagged Little Pill"
No fun to swallow!

Ouch about being deleted... I hope it was not me who did any deleting with me changing my emails and IM's recently. No intention whatsoever to do that.
