The Reiki Cafe 

Hello all,
A very sad day yesterday when we were told my mother in-law, that has been battling breast cancer, now has had the cancer spread to a femur, rib, clavicle, breast bone and liver. This happened very quickly.

Mom is seeking any advice/info on how to better fight the fight.

I'm so very sorry to hear this.

I agree with what firekeeper said and would also like to offer that most doctors believe that one of the most powerful weapons in the fight against cancer is a positive mental attitude.

Please let us know if she wishes for Reiki to continue for her.

Unfortunately, this does not come as too much of a surprise as she was quite advanced, but we all held out hope. We are all supporting her in her continued battle and yes, she would like all who are interested to send reiki her way.

The positive mental attitude is never lacking with Mom. She keeps us all on our toes! and yes, she has asked for reiki to be sent by whomever would like to. She is grateful for all prayers and energy.

Tracey, I have nothing to add but this. Remember that cancer is caused by an underlying choice of the person. They have chosen to start life over again, or else they have succumbed to hating themselves. So, there must be some inner stewing about herself and the life she has lived that comes out in this way. She may welcome a chat with you or not. That would be my way if it were me.
