Dear Friends,

After the terrorist attacks in London, my thoughts turned to our friends in the UK, but especially Rob, who lives in one of the London suburbs. I'm usually in contact with him often, but I sent him an email a couple of days ago, and had no answer. If any of you have heard from him, and know what he's doing, I would very much like to hear if he's okay. Let me know, guys and girls, if you can....thanks.

Yes I'm good, just been busy.
Was 40 miles or so away from the bombs and thankfully everyone I know appears to be safe and well, although one was about 5 minutes away from one of them and heard it. Thankfull she cycles across London
