This is a very sensitive subject for me...I 've been trying to get definite answers from my Higher Self but no luck yet.So I would like to ask the forum now-apologies if this has come up before:

Is it possible for a soul(or child of God if you will) to incarnate simultaneously in two bodies?Maybe not totally simultaneously but let's say A passes on in 1963.Is it possible that another incarnation of that soul started in 1960 which means A was walking this earth in two different bodies for 3 years?

And then, how about walk-ins...is that a valid concept?

I would appreciate any feedback you may have on the subject

- based on all the teachings and practices I have had in soul work and Karma and re-incarnation I would say that it is most unlikely that one soul would split such that the "Fragments" are of sufficient complexity to reincarnate.

- souls may fragment off small pieces as a result of one sort of "trauma" or another - but these pieces are very small and may be retrieveable with proper practices

- so, I would say no to the issue of two reincarnations at the same time from one soul

- and I am not sure to what you refer when you say a "walk-in" - sounds to me as if you refer to one soul entering where there is already another soul - a bit like "possession" - but I am sure you will clarify.

Wow! You picked a great subject to talk about.

I never thought of souls being split into individual souls, but I did have a couple of strange flashes years ago that could point in that direction. One day I suddenly saw a woman laying on her stomach on the freeway dying and then I WAS that woman. I could feel the asphalt on my face and see at that level some of the highway. It was a car crash and somehow I was thrown from the car. I don't know who she was, but I have a clear understanding of how it feels, smells and looks like to be bug on the highway! I was also very shaken from this insight and it still gives me the willies. The other one is of a child around two years old in a carseat riding at night. It was such a magical feeling as I (the child) watched the passing lights and loving to ride up on overpasses to see more. In both cases, I knew I was those people in the here and now.

I have in the past seen myself as one of many branches split from one source and thought it was a group karma although I have been a loner most of my adult life. I do know that the choices I make in this life affects my other lives (past and future), however, could there be others walking around right now whose lives I am affecting and especially, they are having an affect on me. In my case, the many branches from one source could also be other people right now sharing the same soul. It would be a great way to excellerate the soul evolution. Now these people wouldn't look like myself, they would be whatever people they needed to be to experience and to learn. I have actually seen myself in meditation just starting my new life as an airline stewardesss and she looked completely different from me.

Anyway, here's some new insight to mull on for awhile.

Oh yes, I forgot to talk to you about walk-ins.

How about sharing your body with another soul? My life has changed dramatically in the last two years and it's from my soul letting another one from another dimension share this body. (Yeah... Right.... A lunatic!) Well, anyway, my soul had reached a point of not wanting to go further when this other soul was invited in. Since then, my life has taken a new life of its own. I didn't know about any of this until I was in a psychic class where we meditated on different levels of awareness. I first met the father who is always nearby and later found out about his daughter being inside me with my original soul.

Firekeeper, I do have a feeling that it may actually be possible for the spirit we call the soul to split into two bodies due to karmic reasons etc...I don't know if it's a rare occurence or not...I just know I 've had a weird life experience in the past 12 years that could be explained either by the walk-in concept or the simulataneous incarnations theory.

But I cannot be sure either...that's why I need the feedback.When you reach this stage of consciousness where you start having lots of metaphysical experiences, it's easy to delude oneself.And I deff don't want to do that.

Btw, the term walk-in refers to a soul that has entered a body that is already of a certain age.As far as I know, the soul inhabiting it up till then departs.Zookie seems to suggest two souls can inhabit one body at the same time.Not sure about that either.

Whatever, I will only tell you my experiences. Because I had in the past, a mentor who could verify spiritual things for me, I know this. I have always been a musician. In this lifetime, when age 15, I decided not to pursue music as my profession, instead searching for spiritual knowledge. Well, a part of me who did want to continue in the profession of music, did so. We never saw each other, or knew of each other's existance. She lived in another state from me. We had the same parents, the same growing up experiences.

I have walked in to empty bodies at times. One in particular. I was an old man among the Essenes. I accepted a challenge from spirit to bring about a certain choice in the community. I am not at liberty to describe what. I thus left that old body and intered into the body of the person whose profession and focus offered me to background for this occassion. The person whose body this was, opted out to avoid the situation. Thus it was available to me.

I did not find this out on my own. These things were told to me in order that I could make choices in this life that are in harmony with my life span. They helped me to realize why some things affect me as they do.

Then later, I was given the commission to write music that will be used after the big shift. So, I write music almost every day now. Though, I am not a professional musician.

I believe we are multidimensional so of course were living more than one life at a time.
Not sure you meet yourself but its possible I'm sure. Maybe to give yourself a message that is timely and needed eh?
There is no time really and we tend to see things in a linear view. All time is now. :}

Just now I was getting a vision of many lifetimes flashing before my eyes and then hearing; remember all time is now. Everything that is or will ever Be is already created, we just bring it into form with our intention to see it manifest.
So a part of our conciousness is creating this reality right now where we are paying attention to whats happening. Many other parts of you are busy living the life you will live or have lived as we speak. And then we will become aware of that in due time. Hmmmmm
Round and around I"m seeing. It is really circular, not linear.

Are you saying that you are a walk in? The old man from the Essene's?

What did you mean you ran into empty bodies? Are you saying a body without a soul? I want to hear more.

Jahnavi, That time when I was an essene, was long ago. The person whose body I used, did not want to face the situation and wanted out. I wanted in and we thus sort of traded.

I am glad this thread is still running. I have new information on myself I have been wanting to share. I have learned that when a very powerful person such as HEB's (this is the label given in "New Relations" for humans who have evolved to the highest level), or take a person like Hitler. We all remember HItler. When he died, all the issues that arrose during his lifetime that resulted in his deeds, were separated out and each one became a new person in a new body and was led into situations that would heal that main issues. As all these persons died then, there was no longer a danger if the person Hitler, chose to reincarnate. Those issues would not present a threat to all of humanity. I don't think I am explaining this wlel enough. It just means that the Universe does not allow a person to become physical who would destroy what humans have developed. Since this happened to me long, long, ago, it is taking time for me to assimilate it all. What I did was unthinkable. No one had ever done it before in all eternity. So it was made safe for me to be again in a body without being a danger. I am so grateful! Perhaps someday, I will again have all my power back. Until then, I know I am safe.
