The Reiki Cafe 

hi all,
I see pastel colors through my 3rd eye while doing Reiki on myself or sometimes while doing relaxation, they are lovely,
purple, greens, yellow, pink, they drift past each other then just drift around, not all over the room, just in 3rd eye view, I suppose thats the only way I can describe it, & the white light that comes as if the sun is shining through the window.....also when asleep sometimes I see like pictures of things, people, scenery etc, in vivid crisp color,I write these things down & look at my dream book in the morning, as sometimes they do relate to things sometimes not,

to me this is amazing as I am 'VERY' near sighted & with out my glasses can't see a thing, yet these little pictures are soooo very clear, I try to 'hold' them as long as I can, (I am getting better at doing this).

also I hear beautiful music in my sleep some nights, & I will wake up after a while as I think I have left the CD on, only to realize I haven't got'THAT'type of CD..lol....
so many other wonders happen also...do these things happen to any of you?,I expect they do, & I would love to hear about them if you would like to share.....

Wendy, thanks for sharing so much of yourself from your heart. It is stimulating to hear you. I, too, as very likely everyone else, has opened up to all that is with reiki. That is, reiki results in our opening ourselves up to life, itself. Journals are really fun. I have two bookcase shelves full. (you can tell how old I am!) Coll used to say, we see without eyes, hear without ears, and feel without skin.

hi everyone,
Isn't the 3rd eye opening a wonderful thing,I feel sad for those that miss out on this & so many other things, I will always 'bless' the day Reiki found me, at that time & place, it was a very active Reiki group (before I moved house), I loved going there & practicing Reiki on all my friends,& visa versa & learning as I went along,& in wonderment at all that I had been missing in life before Reiki....

the 3rd eye, (was an eye opener to me, lol,)I would read about it, hear about it from others, but it had not happened to me!!!..(a time & a place for all things to happen...)when it did, it was like, WOW!..others did not tell me 'what' they saw, so it was a wonderful adventure & experience, & still is....

I refer to my book on 'signs' at lot, it's a beautiful book, by, Denise Linn, called 'sighnposts'...'the Universe is Whispering to you'....(it also covers dreams,)Denise has studied a lot for well over 30yrs, Shaman,Reiki with Hawayo Takata,a Pueblo Indian medicine man, & a lot more, such a very interesting women she has studied many other cultures including her own, being 'native American', she has written at least 4 other spiritual books, (the book I have isn't a fancy thick one, & she talks in plain simple launguage)..I bought it in a little book shop,(it has a random house, sticker on the back) I expect that is where it can be bought from? sorry getting off topic here!! but her beliefs that the 'universe' is all- ways telling us things when we take time out to 'listen', goes along with the way I feel......

that's why I love her, because she has helped me understand the things I see through my 3rd eye,& has has taught me to listen to all the messages we are given each & every day...

Yes I see colours too. I was seeing more colours when I was working on seeing the colours. I was able to see high spiritual colours after I'd been attuned to Master level SSR and I started first looking at my crown area. I noticed a electric blue light.
Then I started noticing colours shooting out of peoples heads, violet mostly. Or I'd see colours in the lower chakras of kids doing martial arts.
A few weeks ago I was watching a girlfriend of mine doing spiritual counseling on someone while we were doing reiki on her and when she would speak form a higher level, her whole throat would turn violet.
Lots of times when I brush and I spit out the water I notice it is either pink or soft violet.
When I'm working with higher energies i'm more focused and vibr. higher so I see lots more colors.
My son who is 10 can see into the body, the chakras and lots of colours of the chakras.

I don't do Charkra work at all.....(only the pendelum)
I do see colored aura's some times on some people, mainly green.
I know all these colors 'mean' some thing! I feel I have a lot of work & reading to do..but I do thank you for your reply...your son is 'awesome!!' & will be a blessing to the peoples..

I saw colors when I first began doing reiki but now I am more clairevoyant and see pictures, faces, symbols, scenes, etc. I am only beginning to see aura colors with my eyes open. I had a client, yesterday who's upper body was surrounded in violet when I looked down on her. I wish I could see them more often but patence is a virtue. It is good that you are working on yourself and kkeping journals. It's great to watch yourself grow through them.

Thanks for your post, yes it is wonderful when it happens, I really get very excited..... some times the faces, pictures etc. mean something from deep down inside of you, & some times just can't work them out, so I just enjoy them, I love the scene's, the beautiful country side, I know 'I long for this', ...... getting better at 'holding' them longer & looking further around....do you hear lovely music sometimes?......

Hi Wendy,
If you keep practicing you will be able to hold onto those images better. You can also write down a list of images that mean things to you, like a flag to me means military, for you it may mean patriotic. Your guides will be able to use those symbols to communicate with you. If you have or develop mediumship skills this will help those from the other side to communciate with you as well.

As for hearing music, in all honesty, I only hear music when I watch the sunrise. Like a million orchestras playing all at once, chaotic but beautiful. I call it the music of the universe.

Thanks for your kind words.
I had another cool experience with Taylor the other day. He has been sleeping in my room on a blow up mattress because my room is the one with AC.
I told him I was going to send him healing and I can't remember why now. I asked if it was ok.. He said ok.

I have been working with something called EFT, along with my reiki practices. I was using visualization and another thing called the "Profound Love Code" which gets encoded into the unconsious by touching the points and then just saying the letters that are given for the Code. Usually I use it at home and recite the letters one by one which takes a few minutes.
The other night I was guided to just say, "Profound Love healing Code".. In which I did..
I said it out loud and then Taylor goes, "Wow mom, you wont believe the neat energy coming from you! There is this big coloured egg of energy surrounding your bed mostly gold with other colours and there is this tube of energy that is flowing from it to me.
The really cool thing is I could feel the power of this energetic egg that was surrounding me.
Then I felt it realease, so I did some more internal tapping for his issue than said outloud again, "Profound Love healing Code" and he went, "Wow, its even bigger now and that tube just doubled in size"...

I felt like the energy wasn't so powerful anymore but thats how I felt it.. The message I'm getting about my feelings of the build up of energy was the reason it felt like it realeased to me was because it was clearing me first. Once I was a clear channel, then the energy wasn't felt quite so strongly because the channel was clear..

Anywa, I just keep learning and practicing and using my gifts as I'm guided.

thank you for you very understanding & helpful reply,
I will take your advise & keep my pad near my bed & write these things down, how ever insignificant they may seem to me (as they come for a reason eh!)
I will also concentrate on holding them even longer, I am getting better at this....
wow your awake to see the sunrise!! I hear the music when I am asleep!!! beautiful music that is quite 'unknown' to me..
