Dear Friends,
On a more serious note about Samhain, it's the end of the year according to the Pagan calendar, and the beginning of the new. Perhaps it is a good time to reflect upon the endings we are going through our lives this season, and what may be in store for us.
I was told by a friend that I'd have a job offer by Samhain. As of last Friday, I left my old job, with all the sadness of the ending, not knowing what I'm getting into. Such is the way of all endings and beginnings.
My hope for all of you is that at this time of endings and beginnings, you have serene passages into the new experiences and events around the corner.
Blessings,
Roxy

Thanks Roxy.
This is the first year I am observing Samhain, and I have to say, it has been most meaningful for me. A lot more serious and deep that the traditional old 31 Dec New Year's Eve.
I have been involved in 2 Samhain celebrations, and wow, I suddenly feel reborn, like I have stepped through a gateway.
Blessings

roxy,
/*\ Namaste :-}}
- Samhain is a very special day\night of the year - no doubt
- I might also note that Samhain occurred during the Dark of the Moon (no wonder so much weird energy all over the place)

Otoharo!
Roxy, I moved from my apartment into a house on that day. That apartment building had been a real home to me most of the years that I have lived in the northwest.
Now, I am renting from a young man who will want his house back at some point, so I know I will have another move ahead. I would like to stay here until the big shift but not very likely. Fitting one's life into a new place has a real charm to it. It is like the house and me getting to know each other. The feeling becomes very intimate.

hello Finality,
you know, 'home is where the 'heart' is'...
sometime way back somebody said to me, "why do you need a nice house?"...this was before 'Reiki found me', I said "everyone wants a nice house!"....I was of cause wrong, I would be happy in the 'Aussie bush' in a tent, .......
again I say,...... "home is where the heart is".
luv to you, Wendy Ann xxx
