The book, "Earth Birth Changes" by St Germaine gives a lot of this information. In case you have difficulty finding it as it may be out of print, it consists of answers to questions as well as his own dicussions. Atlantis was a group of islands in the Atlantic which sank when some scientists attempted to use a lazar beam to catch an asteroid and cause it to stay in orbit around earth. Instead it followed the beam, sank Atlantis, and caused the rending of the earth's crust very deeply. Lemuria sank in the Pacific at the same time.
Another source of information is found int The Urantia Book. It has four parts. The first part is about the Center of Being. The second part is about the Univserse and the overall plan of man's evgolution. The third part is about the history of earth. The last part is the story of Jesus' activities on earth. It was the only thing I had ever read that I knew had me in it somewhere, I just did not know where. I have read it so many times all the way through! Libraries carry this book.
As for yourself, begin meditating. If you already do this, then ask your questions. You will receive answers. If you ask a lot of questions at the same time, then it is hard to sort out which answer is for which question. So do this mindfully.
If you do not know how to begin meditating, the best advice I ever received was this. Be comfortable. Close your eyes and gently feel yourself sinking into yourself. Be aware of the chatter going on in your brain. Feel it up there in your head. You get into your elevator and go down. Eventually, you will no longer hear the chatter up there in your head.
