I saw one today. The inner brighter one was just amazing. It lasted SO long. I feel blessed I saw it esp as I 've been feeling fluey since yesterday.

Does anyone know the exact symbolism of rainbows/double raibows? I know they 're supposed to be auspicious signs, just looking for more info.

- "bridge" symbolism is high with regards to the rainbow

- sometimes taken as the bridge between what can and cannot be "perceived"

- in some traditionas the rainbow symbolizes one half of the "World Egg"

- elsewhere it symbolizes the connection between 'heaven' and 'earth'

- for the Greeks it is he goddess Iris

WHAT does it mean? Well, saints & Begorah, there's TWO lepruchauns and TWO pots of gold for the finding!! Or maybe you're just hallucinating from the flu :).....All kidding aside, a friend & I saw a triple rainbow & I doubt anyone ever saw two more surprised & awestruck faces..it was a jawdropper. We decided that better days were coming and they did. Course, coulda just been a coincidence! :)

I think the most important thing out of all the symbolic stuff: it's how it makes you feel. I felt so much joy in my heart when I saw it yesterday. That says it all, eh? :)

Well, I do think there is a bit of a connection between the Scottish & the Irish & just maybe the little people do pop up over there once in a while though I doubt they go for the haggis...maybe the scotch? :)

Well I don't know about double, or triple rainbows, what were you drinking?
I saw a corona rainbowish circle around the sun, by goodness, this must mean something. Hmm, a couple or days later it began to snow. so there you go.

I traveled to Ireland in November. As we were traveling on the twisting and turning narrow roads of Ireland we turned yet another corner and Behold!!!!!! Double rainbow!!!!

Twice this week while watering plants a rainbow formed in the water spray....sometimes we create/manifest our own rainbows/miracles. :)
