I did not want to start another thread. I am not on frequently enough to monitor it. But I could not find a place to express my current share. We all know that the big shift is insisting that we shift into fourth denisty if we want to remain here. Well, yesterday, I received answers to the many questions I had put to the Holy. Among those answers, I learned that my energy is solid third density. Upper level, but still that. That, of course, was possible because of the work I have done all these years, ridding myself of baggage and ego interference. That feels really good, that I have accomplished that.

Now I am embarked on reaching fourth density. My soul mate is solid there. (Reiki from fourth density is really out of this world!) It feels like nothing but love!

The music I write, I thought was bringing fourth density into third. That was my whole intent. However, she nor any other fourth density person can listen to it. It is either my energy, or else my playing of it to record a tape puts my energy onto it. So do not expect to get fourth density from me or my music. It may be that the music produced by someone else might be fourth. We do not know that at this time.

Anyway, I have accomplished a lot. Now I embark on a new journey. I began smudging. This puts the essense of silicon rather than carbon into the air. I pulled down my drum to begin drumming again. Years ago, I awoke each morning early, made my lunch and a snack, packed my backpack, gathered my drum and spent the whole day on a river somewhere around this area. There are gobs of tributaries to the Columbia River here. It was when living in a tent on the Columbia, drumming all the time, that I first felt fourth density. The energy actually sparkled and flared. Xaris verified it and charged me to bring this into third. Well, years have passed and I am just now embarking on this journey, just now ready enough to begin. I drum. and smudge.

update:

I learned when I was young something about breathing. I was lying flat on the floor, counting my breaths. You very well do this or have done this also. All my thinking is musical, that is, it is like it sings. So as I was counting my breaths I was taking the counts downward. It was getting hard to get lower downward. I heard my guides say to count up. So I did. As the sound went up, it got to the highest it go and I kept pushing it higher. My ears began hurting, I pushed higher still------and my body jerked.

While Xaris was present in a group, I told her about this. She had be demonstrate and said that I was putting myself into another universe.

Well, that is now what I am doing. I am counting up almost continually. It is working. My soul mate could tell something was going on during the first evening that I began. She asked and learned that it was me and what I was doing was raising my vibration. Not only that, but as I am a solid member of this world, I take the whole world with me!

So I count up all the time. It automatically puts a smile on my face. I am full of joy!

Do you actually count your breaths? Why? Each breath is so fresh and new and full of light and love that it only takes one in awearness and gratitude to be in that place of interbeauty. For me it,s a matter of how maney breaths am i in that reconnition. It may be a small percent but when you are trying for all of them the room for improvement is so great that evry day can be better than yesterday.

RC, I do not know how to answer you. She lives in a third density body just like all of us, but she, her beingness is fourth density. It has made life very difficult for her because of living with a third density husband who could not phathom his wife being and knowing things he did not. I have the benefit of contracting for weekly distance reiki from her. She is only at ease when on her ten acres of nature. Nature stays with earth so they are all fourth density now, too.

Update: I read last night. Rather easily, I remembered to count up occassionally as I read. Actually, I recall that high tone. Tune to it, take it higher, body jerks, breath sweet! Smile on face. Joy! JUst an instant!

More: I use to work at myself by working the issues or the emotions that arose. Since these no longer happen, I sometimes feel at a loss as to what spiritual work there is to do to move into fourth density.

Well, I have feedback that all the energy in the atmosphere that is counerproductive rather clings to me. I do not feel it. But it is there when I am self reikiing or receiving reiki. The feedback is of an anxt. A worry, or resistance, or disturbance. It is dark. Feels like the coming of a storm. We used to have northers when I lived in Texas during the days that Kansas was being swept down into Texas. Every norther came in rolling, a cyclone, bringing the dark grit that settled on everything. It also brought sand from Texas panhandle. It seems like fourth density that earth is experienceing is bringing in a power that disturbs all of us ordinary people in the same way. It rolls us topsy-turvey into a newness if we open ourselves to it. A newness where there is no emotion or issues of the past. (I might later report that it brings new issues!)

I used to know all the first three levels of density to describe them. It somewhat like this. First density is flat, no hieight or depth and does not move. A plane. Second density I can't remember unless it is moving in a plane, as in width only. Third denisty is the three dimensions of up, down, sideways. Or height, depth, horizontal. Maybe someone will explain this better. Anyway, a rock is first density. Plants are second denssity. animals and humans are third denstiy.
