Dear Friends,

No one has heard from Finality for a long time. It could just be that her PC is down, but at her age, I just want to make sure. I don't have any address for her (I understand she's moved), but I'd like to call information and get her phone number. If you have any contact info, please let me know.

I was wondering the same thing just a few days ago. I have not seen her on either of the boards I usually see her post on. Hopefully someone has some knowledge on her whereabouts that they can share with us.

Has anyone e-mailed her directly? She and I had e-mailed back and forth a little bit but I never had her number or address. I was feeling some concern about her as well.

The last e mail exchange I had with her was the last day she was on the forum. Nothing since. She seemed fine then, but PC problems are a possability.

Now you have me wondering. She hasn't posted at any of the boards since the last part of June but that isn't too unusual since she often has problems with her computer. She usually goes to the Alliance gathering at Breitenbush but that isn't untill next month I think.

You all very likely know now that my computer completelty crashed. My daughter bought me a new one and today I am learning its ropes! Gives me some goose bumps reading these posts!

ps someone called me and got my answering machine but it is a cheap one that I can not listen to after the first message. I am not sure who it was who called. I think it was Rebecca. Does that mean Deosa, or another Rebecca who does have my phone number?

This thread brings up a suggestion I want to make.

Perhaps it might be a good idea for those of us who have more personal contact with some others to be sure we give to them or one or two of them some personal contact information other than just an email. Phone number, snail mail address, a family member one can contact etc.

It's natural to worry when someone seems to be gone for a long time and you wonder what might have happened as we do care about others.

Good idea, Donna. I have the few message boards I frequent on my favorites list and have told my husband that if something should ever happen to me he should post a message for my online friends. And a few of my online friends have my phone number as well.

Good idea. I also did not have a way of contacting any of you to tell you I was OK. One thing we could do is send by email the personal info to a couple or so of our friends, especially if there is someone nearby.

It was me. A little investagation and I found someone who had a contact number for you. Just checking to make sure all was ok. Though I did begin to wonder when you didn't post anything after the call. Was considering another call. (if I could find what I did with the number :-))
