Have you ever come across people who tell off colour jokes?
I think I'm one of them, and If by my blatent mis-use of language I've offended anyone, I apoligise.
Sometimes I say or type the first thing that comes into my head, and well I need help in this area of my development.
Most times it's funny, but I fear it may become annoying before time.

I make off color jokes all the time. And I have fun doing it. If someone comments it's going too far I ease up a bit.

- I like to feel that what finality says is true - trouble is some people let their Shadow out with little apparent care that others may find it offensive

- so, consider The Cafe as "polite company" and try to keep the language accordingly

- The Cafe is not one of those "public" anything goes chat sites

- The Cafe is privately owned, funded, and operated and civility is expected (and enforced if needs have it)

- at any time if you have consern that you may have posted some offensive language, I believe there is available to you and each member an edit funciton so you may edit your own posts - feel free to do so

- this may save someone else from doing it for you if your post happens to be read or complaints arise

- I don't know about others, but if our grandchildren want to read a bit of what is posted here to see what we talk about, I do not want to have to pre-read everything they look at - no one should have to

LOL.. Sorry but I have too.

So, if one makes off color jokes as part of their normal demeanor, then would it not be best for the Cafe' if thuis individual were to let out the Shadow Self? Since the Shadow is the opposite of who we are then one who is crass and rude would have a sweet and polite Shadow?

Oh oh oh, we could also say that it is impossible for anyone to let their Shadow play because the entire concept of Shadow comes from duality conciousness and that there is really only ...

Me too, though I don't mean to offend, even so, I'm not that funny. Ah well. Anyway, maybe not off colour, this chicken walked onto a soccer pitch, and people wondered at this, why did the chicken walk onto the soccer pitch? Somebody asked around and it seems that the ref called a fowl.
