The Reiki Cafe 

This is a difficult one to explain. Sometimes when I'm attracted to someone, recently that is, something happens.
For example, today this person I find attractive, I met in the corridor at work, we didn't exchange words or nothing.
Our eyes met and I felt this electric surge of energy go down my arms.
I'm at a loss to explain this.
It's just me, but it's still kind of freaky.
I think this surge is some form of grounding of energies. or something.
