I started a class, once a week, 2nd class, I did some reiki on myself, found myself get very calm, and after Hoo boy!
It took me a while to get back to my normal self, and I was feeling a bit fuzzy for a while.
A good experience.

The meditation practice that I took a part in, had the facillitator teaching buddhist views on a mindful life, for some reason this sat ill with me. The teachings were good, and I utilise some of them, the're of great benifit.
But unfortunately not for me.
The sessions are starting up again soon, but I think I'll give
'em a miss.
Try some other meditation class, since the're all really the same I'll get good benifit from 'em.

Dear Jacquar,
Good for you! I;ve took a meditation class or 2 here and there. Listened to tapes. I especially enjoyed Zen meditation.
