Did anyone notice anything different around the Ninth of March
for about six days?

I noticed new sensations and a sense of clarity that felt like being filled with Spring. Yet the weather here has been all over the place snow ,then rain, then sunny.

Does anybody do regular general sendings like the Buddhist monks do for neutral people as part of Metta practice?
If so did you notice anything new?
