I assume that you understand about soul splinter retrival,
how can one do it by themselves without a shaman ?
there are period of my life that i just forget or want to forget. felt like i lost something.
hope to know more about this.

- I have taken training in soul matters and have some experience

- as far as I know, even practicing shamans do not do Soul Retrieval for themselves

- I figure they understand the blindspots that we have about ourselves - blindness that would make the process most perilous

- if you feel a retrieval might be of help to you then seek out a reputable practitioner

- do not try to have a retrieval done remotely (that is the next worst idea to trying it for oneself)

I saw a book on how t.. do soul retrieval, I had an intrest in this, bbut gave up reading the book half way through. I tried one of the exercises, but got nowhere, maybe just as well.
I won't try it again.

I did mine in the group . We are all able to do what shaumen do. In my case, I had so many lifetimes that I did not want to claim and just left them out in the cold.

Now, as I have so many ongoing lives, I am having them healed with Reiki. I have been here on earth 120,000 ears. That's alot of lives if I lived only one each century. That statement is misleading, actually. We did not take bodies in this dimension until about 20,000 years ago.

Can i inquire how specifically to do soul retrival ?
Is it only old souls able to do so ?
as each incarnation teach different lessons, do you think our lost souls is part of the lessons or they split out the learn for their own ?

- so, I must put in here that there is not a shred of evidence that this is true (without having training first)

I know very little about this. When I attended group with Xaris as a leader, I could tell they were directing a lot of inquiry toward me, and one of the members quietly asked if this were soul retreival. The answer was yes. Only because of knowing Xaris from my distant past, do I know that I, too, am a very old soul. Even new souls, according to Urantia, have existed in the center of being before coming into this physical dimention. It is the body that is new rather than the soul. I suspect every soul began at the same time, but I only conjecture that. If so, it would have been at the beginning of all that is. Which to us seems like eternity. That is all I know.

FK, no, I was not clear in my statement. The "we" was referring to the group I was in with Xaris. All of us in that group are at that level or state. Some of us read a book about this and the others all recognized that they already were beyond shamem. It did not apply to them. I did not mean to down play them at all. It was me only who had shunted off my stuff and had to retreive it. They all helped me do that. In fact, currently, my ongoing lives are also being healed with reiki.

May I ask what you mean by the reference to 'ongoing lives' please, finality?

I will start with a reference to Lazaris. when we filed by him on the sunday afternoon of a weekend workshop, he asked us to give him our name so that he could distinguish which of us is taking his class as all of us are in our aura, and our aura is all that he sees. From that statement then years later I was told that our past lives no longer exist. Therefore, I knew that only the me's who are currently in body are in my aura. In my case there are many. that may not be true for others. Now since I am contracting for weekly reiki from a person who is in fourth dimension, I also allow one of these ongoing lives in my aura to participate in a healing also which I pay for. It benefits me as I am seeking to move into fourth dimension myself.
