The Reiki Cafe 

I was at Wal-Mart and saw some fancy scale that not only registers weight but also body fat and something else. Has anyone used them and are they for real and accurate? This one cost I believe around $54 or $34 something like that.

- there is a difference between reading body mass and also body fat

- scales that actaully do the latter are usually a bit more expensive

- a body fat reader requires the person to stand on the scale in bare feet so that the electric current that is used to read impedence and pass directly thru the body

- if the scale does not require bare feet it is mostly likely not reading body fat %

- price not withstanding

- remember - often, one gets what one pays for

Thanks for your response. I did buy it and the cost was coser to $40.00. Amazing technology or primitive in some eyes. By the way, thanks for your Reiki work as my mom reported to me that she has been feeling great
