Dear Ones,
Greetings, I am in a situation where I either can do nothing & put up with strange e-mails from a former Reiki teacher who had no real lineage to Takata and seems to be doing intimidations by saying such things that she will turn us into toads but not quite yet as she is a witch. Then she puts down ha ha ha. I dont' want to get her angrey as I was told by a hekota that she does black arts but I feel she is doing intimidation and I don't trust her at this point. I have already politely thanked her well over a year ago for her teaching and that my time with her is over but she seems intent on holding on not only to me but to many of her past students who are on her e-mail list, one who never paid her as she's told me.
Any suggestions ? I could just delete as that is what she told me to do once if I don't like her e-mails even though I've never told her to stop e-mailing me. Now I'm considering it. Wondering what lesson is this?

- what or who is a hekota?

- anywho, most E-mail services have a Block Sender feature

- this is the easiest way to keep out unwanted E-mail

- as for dark magic? I would be very careful about what I believed - people say stuff like that just to raise anxieties - to try and gain some sort of edge and they rely on others to react in ways which may benefit the purveyors of such garbage

- I suspect that true practitioners of dark magic do not waste their time on petty interpersonal issues - there is much greater and more 'rewarding' mischief to be done for dark arts practitioners

- so, if you keep opening mail from this teacher then I think you need to look very seriously at why you do so

- people who repeatedly offer the soles of their feet to the flames ............. well......

I meant Heyoka. I could use the block sender feature. I have had problem with using blockers but I will do that rather than delete as I have done before. Will she know I have done that as sometimes she has called to ask if I have gotten her e-mails?

- Heyoka is also a term with which I am not familiar

- I looked it up - it is a Lakota term referring to the 'medicine way' but also to the 'sacred clown' or trickster in the Lakota cosmology - a Trickster who, purportedly thinks and\or acts backwards or in the opposite to remind us we are all human and fallible

- so, I would say one must also take account of the fact that one's source of information is a Trickster

- some sophisticated Emails have 'mail sent but not read' features - but I suspect most people do not have this feature so she may not know if you have read her mail or not - so if you do not answer she calls

- as for phone calls? Caller ID should alert you as to who is calling and you simply can ignore the calls - but first you must tell her by E-mail or better yet over the phone not to call you (assuming you wish this)

This is probably of no help but, During my meditation classes we have this meditation on recieving the suffering of others, and sending love. All this is in the mind so my teacher says, but also says that this can have an effect on a situation.
My suggestion would be to send love and white light to that other, counter the dark with the light.
Light a candle, say a prayer and feel compassion to that ones suffering.
If nothing else you'll feel better, and though nothing physicaly changes. It's a positive view.
Thats not to say to not do all in you power physically to cut contact with that other.
But don't feel attachment to any outcome.
Trust in your intuition, and if needs be get legal advice.
Sic the cops on her!

What you posted is very helpful and I will try that on my next meditation. I often send white light to negative people while I'm driving if thoughts of anger or whatever comes up and it feels a bit better so to meditate on the suffering of another and then send out love and to light a candle would seem to intensify compassion etc., & feels sacred so makes much sense. I do appreciate that brilliant suggestion! I'm looking at myself as the common denominator in this and try to figure it out and also know I need to gradually pull my energy out of it altogether in a gentle fashion. Thanks so much. I feel hopeful.

Hi dude

I had a similar experience, though I think I was the other person.

I wasn't on my best behavior with a friend, and though we never saw each other I was a bit of a stalker, not as nasty maybe, but troubled.

In the end the 'friend' told me to back of or he'd get all legal with me. but in a nice way.

Stopped me cold.

Made me re-think my priorities.
