To all at the Cafe,
On the Eve of Lughnassadh, may I wish all fellow Pagans and indeed, all who will accept these wishes, a bountiful harvest.
May your breadbaskets be forever full!!
During this season of plenty, spend time walking with nature and, as you wander through fields, woods and besides rivers and lakes, reflect on the love and bounty of the Goddess and the God.
It would be good also to reflect on the havoc wrought by flood and drought on crops all over the World and ask that the crops spared the ravages of weather be bountiful enough to sustain their growers and consumers.
Slan go foille agus beannacht leat.
Brian

Merry meet, Celticcapricorn & Firekeeper!
Thankfully the rain has stopped! We need her in springtime but the recent downpours here in the UK have been overwhelming.
Are you going to the Mercian Gathering near Coventry at the beginning of September, Celticcap?

A Peadar, a chara,
Mae govannen!!
Thanks for that. I must admit, I have been a busy little Hobbit in recent times.
But I nearly always manage to check the Cafe each day, even if I do not manage to log in.
Well, time to awa, so,
Nos da, oiche mhaith. (my time)
Brian.

Merry Meet, Thais.
Unfortunately, bean mo chroi and I will be unable to get down to Coventry this year - we have something already arranged around the beginning of September.
Thanks for letting me know about it though. I have bookmarked the site and eventually, will get round to creating an account.
Things move a little more slowly up here in the Frozen North - we still have gas tellies and computers!!!
Bagl.
