Vibrational remedies/essences

Hello good people

Have any of you ever tried making your own flower remedies, or vibrational remedies from anything at all...crystals or whatever?

I have just made a couple of mother essences today (seeing that we had some sustainable sun!) I'd be delighted to hear of others' experiences about this!
