Recent dialog made me think more about brain washing. It made me realize that our race in general should practicing brain washing more than we are now. It's the only way to restore order and harmony.

Ones should wash one's own brain though. Give it a good seeing to. Spare not the rod, the switch or the tea tree aroma therapy or the emu oil hippocampus rub.

In "Zero Limits", the authors talk about "cleansing" ones self of all negative energies or vibrations or memories....what we harbor that causes ill in others. They suggested reaching zero...where Spirit can better do Her work....by saying,
"I love you
I"m sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you"
Goes along with your brainwashing, sweet Michael.

ponderings,

/*\ Namaste :-}}

- we also need to be able to say "I forgive you".

- you know, a bit less resentment retention

Hi, Harmony! Well, I wouldn't use Michael's definition, but why not! I mean how many times have we heard about "brain fuzz or brain farts", etc.!
I think you're so right, Firekeeper. I kept wondering why I wasn't doing better in my internal judging of others (strangers & known), because I KNOW I'm responsible for my thoughts & actions. Repeating the said lines, meant I was forgiving myself and whatever was within me that brought up such a judgement...plus, I was "cleaning" or brainwashing myself as opposed to thinking they should change....it's been really helping and I"m so grateful. I want to be the kind of person that loves automically and unconditionally....and this has made it happen more. I love what Spirit brings to us.

I think if someone could brainwash me into thinking the world is well off, and just peachy keen, I'd be a happier person.

Rock On!

Brings to mind my recent foray into buddhist teachings and meditations.

The object is to go into a state of mind where one is 'empty'. the meditation being key to bringing oneself into this state. When one is empty, which is another name for wisdom, one is empty of anger and all other base and negative feelings. I guess its like being in a vacuum of logic.

I always wanted to be a vulcan.

Oh, yes!!! I totally agree, Firekeeper....I like Roxy the way she is, too, too. It amazes me how you made me feel good just by saying it to Roxy. You're one of a kind, Firekeeper. I like you, too, just the way you are.

And why a vulcan, please, jaguar???

Well put. But I think the "vacuum" is more the absence of "inner chatter" than logic per say.

On the other note, I'd rather be like 1/3 Vulcan.
