Healing Hands, and everyone else intersted,

Eversince i can remember I put up my bubble in private and especially when i go out in public. I put up an energy bubble that surrounds me. I can put different colors in to and on my bubble. I always surround myself with the divine white light, green then blue and purple. And by then it looks like the bubbles i played with. It also protects and keeps dark and negative energy away. Even when i go to the mall and hospitals. Especially then. I have always advised my clients to do the same and they have the same response i have. No energy vampires come near or try to get near. A few months ago one of my very good friends showed me a very thick blue book called
Healing Energy and in this book it shows and instructs how these energy sheilds and or bubbles help in everyday life and with warding off negativity. I hope this helps.

I haven't ever personally done this. I definately white light myself and have a bubble. The adding of other colors, why not?
I will look for the book. It is truly great to learn things that you can incorporate into your life.
