Awaiting Jahnavi's meditation in the chat room at 8pm (EST)tonite, I wanted to share , for those interested in the blessings of Aromatherapy ,essential oils.
I visited my Naturopathic Doctor friends health food store today and she told me and alowed me to inhale the most wonderful essential oils ( the 7 from the "meditation blends"), from a company called Utatti, . They are incredible.
I love essential oils ( anyone who knows me knows I refer their use, and wear them all the time), and just had to share info about this new awesome find. Another favorite company--. And favorite Aromatherapy reference book with oils and blends from youngliving.com and how to use them with almost all conditions, including how and where to apply, including the energetic frequencies ( emotional, physical and/or spiritual.)
