The Reiki Cafe 

Are there any out there who have had great success twith rystals? Any understading of the theories on how they might work? I am interested in manifesting my hearts desire and having good things come my way. At present, I am experiencing a rough patch and need an extra boost!

A lot of stress is coming from my job and new sales objectivs that are quite difficult to meet.

I am also very interested in working with crystals and the different stones. One of the techniques that I use when I want to achieve a particular goal or work on a particular problem is: (I also do this for my friends when they are in need)

First....I pick out a crystal that seems right to me for what I want to work on at that particular time.
Second...I clear and cleanse it of any previous vibrations that it has picked up. I use sea salt in water or smudging with sage and cedar. Both work well.
Third....I program my crystal with the Reiki symbols. You don't have to do this, Naturally I never did before I had Reiki. And I had been doing this for many years previious to learning Reiki.
Fourth...I hold the crystal close to my mouth and say and breathe my intention into the crystal, then blow on the crystal 3 times. This seals your intention into the crystal until you clear and cleanse it again for something else.
Fifth....Keep the crystal with you in some fashion and do not let anyone touch it after you have programmed it.

I find this technique brings good results, and all of my friends that I have done this for report good results. I usually pick one of my crystals or buy one that feels right for them and do this for them as a gift of love. Sometimes though I have had them bring me a stone that they have purchased somewhere and ask me to cleanse it for them. Through the years I have given away many crystals and stones to friends as well as strangers. I believe in their power and feel that whenever I have this urge it is because Spirit is leading me because this person is in need either physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

I love you ideas about using crystals in the specific ways.
The only thing I might note about this is once you have given your crystals energy through symbols, you don't have to feel like when you clear them it takes away the symbols power. You only really want to release the negative vibration.

Crystals can have a lot of energy, and you do have your ability to program them.

When it comes to manifesting your hearts' desire, however, you might want to go to some of the sites that talk about how to do spells. (pagan, wiccan, etc.) or buy some books that will tell you about doing rituals. Or talk to some of the people who have been doing these rituals for some time.

I don't think that reiki was meant for manifestation purposes, unless your hearts' desire is in healing for yourself.

Don't confuse doing reiki with doing magick, although both are about working with energy.
