The Reiki Cafe 

Thank you all who sent your support and Reiki to me as I was going through my depression. I'm glad to say, the depression seems to be gone, and without re-adjustment of my medication, which is nothing short of miraculous. I can only attribute this to the Reiki being sent, and the constant Reiki I applied to myself.

Since depressions for me usually resulted in starting out mild, going downhill fast, and often ending up in the hospital, the fact that I came out of it without psychiatric help (although I did talk to my doctor), is a new experience. It gives me a feeling of strength I haven't had before. I wanted to share this with all of you who sent me such kindness and help.
