Accupressure

I am teaching myself accupressure. I learn a few pressure points each day. If anyone has any experiences, or ideas, I would love to hear them!

Dear Roxy,

A massage therapist/Reiki master friend of mine recommended Michael Reed Gach's book, Accupressure's Potent Points. I have found it to be a marvelous resource.
