Namaste,

Has anyone noticed that on some of the people who are posting, there is little information on them?

I enjoy learning about people. When I see a new person post, I will go back to see what that person has posted about themselves, area they live in, how much experience in reiki, etc. It also gives me a mental picture when someone requests reiki be sent. The more powerful the picture in my head, the better, since I feel that I know them.

I know some people are very shy or private, but consider my suggestion to be gentle....

Funny you should mention that since I was just looking at profiles. . . nice to get an idea who your are sharing with. Like you said, some have so very little! Too bad. . .

I just updated my profile and added a photo. I didn't know it was so easy to do. I did remove my town. . . since it is such a small town, rural area & all. Maine is a BIG state though.

Hello priestess,

After reading your post I realized that you had a point so I went back and updated my profile.

I was a little uneasy at first because of everything you hear about placing info on the web but realized I had nothing to fear.

thank you so much for encouraging others to complete a profile. Like you, I enjoying knowing a bit about the message board users..especially when I'm in the chat room, that knowledge can make for a more lively conversation! Now I can't wait to look at all the updated profiles!
