interesting experience with the liver

Namaste, all,
Had an interesting and enlightening experience to share. Did my annual liver/gall bladder cleanse, which to those who do not know the delights of this, involves fasting from meat and fats for 1 to 5 days, and drinking a concoction of citrus juice and olive oil! Anyway, I noticed that as my body was cleaning out, I also had feelings of depression arise in waves, with some days of deep depression, and other days of clear joy. It felt very similar to my clearing process after my attunements. I thought this was fascinating, as I have heard that the liver can hold negative emotions. This was like seeing Reiki work in reverse. Usually, I am used to seeing spirit heal, then the body. But here I saw the body heal on a physical level, and effect healing in mind, emotion and spirit. After the cleanse, I feel reconnected to Spirit, which was a bit lost for a little while there (having run this ol' body into a bit of a rut!)
Hope you enjoy reading this!
Blessings!
Feather

Dearest Feather,
*hugs you warmly, enveloping you in a pretty pink energy***
ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE>> lol

Wow, thats really cool hon.. Yes it is said the liver does hold those unexpressed emotions. We hold them in lots of places... ( Not unlike across my shoulders these days, lol)
I love to perceive the energies moving through me in the ways you describe. Its really cool because I was numb for so long.. as time goes on, we do take these things much more gracefully; Unless We Dont!!

Keep up with those cleanses honey and know you are doing great..

Love you and happy Easter angel!!

Dear Feather,

Thanks for your post.

It would seem that "As above, so below" is a two-way street. ;-)
