Hi folks,

Just wanted to let you know, that just as we used to be able to see the World Trade Center from our window, now we can see the spotlights lit to commemorate the 6 month anniversary.

The lights are beautiful. They give you the sense that maybe something positive will result from this tragedy after all. They also remind me of the souls who died, their spirits turned into the beautiful light of being with the Divine.

A friend sent me a picture that has been circulating around of the scene. If you have not seen it, I've uploaded it, and you can look at it at:

Dear Roxy,
That is very beautiful. It does make me hope that something good can come out of this, and maybe there is hope.
The world situation looks so desperate, it is nice to see the faith shown by this display.

it is a strong symbol of faith, i think.

my first reaction to the tragedy was that it is the beginning of big changes--a signifier of something important. i look forward to how we will develop and grow as people of a nation and people of the universe.
