Hello All,

Just a little note. I am curious to know how many of you experience some energy disturbances around them.
For example light bulbs blow out constantly around my home since I was first certified in Reiki I and has not ceased since my Reiki III certification. This does make me smile, however, the TV going on and off by itself drives my boyfriend crazy.
Any one else?

It seems someone else posted similarly about a year ago, I guess. All I could suggest then was consult an electrician or the power company. Never heard, back though.

The closest I have to your case is a couple times a few years ago my wife's olde computer would not boot up - just sort of out of the blue would not do anything.

- So I got some of my special smudge, smudged the motherboard and - voilles!!

We have a less finicky computer now. The olde one must have been a mother-in-law-board.

I have only had battery powered items seem to run out real quickly. (twice as fast as before) I also have had watches fall apart since my attunement. (hour hands just fall off into the crystal) I just take it in stride and know why.

I have found that using a tanning bed is impossible for me since the energy there is not compatable to me. I also had some problems with a class I took that was in a building right under some major power lines. (took extra shields)

I have heard of someone in this area that has to be very careful with computers when her energy is very high. She has caused major crashes in her system. (even at her work)

I've had this happen before. Chances are good that what you are experiencing is the work of benevolent spirits who are now attracted to you and your healing work because of your higher vibrational level. Take a look. You might be pleasantly surprised to find out who's sharing your space.

I had one that liked to blow out lightbulbs until I saw her and helped her go home. Another one has shown up on occasion to ring our doorbell just to tease the dog. They're harmless, but if their pranks annoy you, you can always ask them to stop and they will.

They do come and bother the dog, here, too. I think they might get a little bored occasionally and want some attention.

Hello Healing Moon,

I have disturbances all the time.....I am on my ninth ATM card, wrist watches are a thing of the past and if I have my right hand on the Mouse pad longer than a few minutes, my arm developes a shooting pain, quite uncomfortable ( I think my hubby sent those guides to get me to shut down the computer!)Cell phone battery doesn't last as long as others seem to, nor does the charge in the house phones. Ahh...the drawbacks! The perk to it is I am NEVER cold.

Hello Healingmoon,

I find that since getting my Level II, I found I have become electrostatic. More than the normal levels of Albertan winters. I've had people walk by me closely, not touching, and obtain a shock from me. It just seems to jump from me to them, and it happens so often that you can't just pass it off as another thing. I never really feel it, but you can sure hear it snapping! And wow have I gotten some strange looks. It just makes my heart smile.

Then again, it could just be my shocking personality!

I really get sick of my 'puter screen going blue at critical moments..

I don't wear a watch during treatments...and request that others take theirs off..they tend to disrupt the flow..

I have been wondering about this myself - I killed 4 lightbulbs last week and I keep giving electric shoks to my own kids....not pleasant especially when I study computer programing and spend most of the day by the computer - afraid of giving it a shock and loosing my work.

Well, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one! I haven't tried this, but my RM suggested asking my Guides to ease up on shocking people. My husband is taking computer programming as well, and he won't let me near the computer while he's doing his homework for fear that I might do something to it. Do you find that you don't feel the shock, but that other people do? At any rate, you may wish to try asking your Guides. I don't know what else you could do. Maybe someone else has a suggestion?

there was a message earlier on in the thread - something about having attached ghosts and telling them off - anyway I remember saying to my self some days ago: " This can't go on, this must stop". ...and nothing has happened in the last few days, so may-be I sorted it in that way. To answer your question, I did not feel any electric discharge comming out of me when the lightbulbs went, but I felt it when I electrically attacked my kids;-))Thinking about how to get a rid of the problem - a concentrated salt bath could ionise the body and maybe fix the problem.....I usually use about 1kg of sea salt in a half full bathtub - (very warm water to start with) and I try to macerate in it for about 20 min.- this gets the bad stuff out of the body and ionises the surface of the body, which actually means that the static electricity thing may go away.

Yep, if ya haven't got an ocean to jump in or a sweat lodge handy, the hot tub soak laced nicely with sea salt is terrific - cold rinse afterwards, of course.

Hi everyone

I've not had the experiences with lightbulbs. However a couple of years ago before reiki, our computer screen wouldn't come on when it should have. I felt drawn to waving my hand in front of it (why? I haven't a clue). It would spark then work. Shortly after this I took reiki I.

I only remembered this while reading these messages and that it was a bit like a wake-up call, albeit a bit spooky at the time.

Have any of you thought that spirit might be drawing your attention to something? Just a thought!
