Feeling 'spaced out'

Hello All.

I've returned from a brief holiday with family and friends in Donegal for a long weekend. While I was there I took my two youngsters to see a ruin of an old castle. It was wonderful, very windswept on the coast. While there I felt quiet light headed and a little spaced out. Even now days later I still feel spaced out. I've done grounding and self treatments with Reiki, but still feel out of it. Any ideas what may be causing this, and what could I do to help?

Bright Blessings,
Evie

Hello:

I have been totally floating lately... really spaced out. I think it might have something to do with all the weird planet alignments and retrogrades going on right now. From what I have been told, this sort of thing only comes along once in a "blue moon"....lol

Namaste,

Chris

Me too, had an incident yesterday that I felt I was traveling backwards when I closed my eyes. Retrograde planet influence? Laurie

Dear Friends,

On the topic of feeling spaced out may I offer this reading:

It's long and gets a bit "technical" but is kept to an understandable level. I guess this stuck out in my mind because several days before this site came across my radar screen, I had a vision of the Earth having two suns one day.

Michael

Dear Evie,

I must report that I have also noticed, for lack of more eloquent verbage, 'big mojo' when visting places of unfettered history. When I say "unfettered" I mean places that have been relatively untouched and undiluted by the the subsequent energies and activities human "progress".

Michael

Dear Michael,

Thank you so much for that reference. A few of my friends have mentioned the 'speeding up' phenomenon, but I thought we were all just feling the middle-aged time crunch. Most interesting reading!

By the way, Sandra Ingerman has written that the brains of all energy healers, regardless of orientation, entrain to the Schumann field (the electromagnetic field mentioned in the article) when they start working; eventually, so do the brains of the subject being worked on.

Thanks again.

Regards,

goldenisis

Hi Evie,
It could be an indication that someone on the other side wants to speak to you (that was in the ruin of that castle). It could be triggering a past life memory for you too.

What you could do to retrieve the message is to fist make sure that you will not be disturbed, sit comfortably in a chair, close your eyes, take some deep breaths in and out, place your hands on to your heart center, intend that healing energy will come out of your hands. Sit like that for about 5 min., and when you find yourself very relaxed, ask the following question: "What is the message that you are trying to relate to me?". After receiving the answer, if you have more questions, then ask them.

You could start by asking questions like "Why did I feel spacey after visiting the ruins of that castle?". And you could ask "Did the memory of a past life of mine get triggered"? You will only receive answers to the questions that you ask, so "be specific when asking your questions".

I hope this helps . .

Namaste,
Carol

Thank You All for the replies. I've been away from the computer for a few days and I'm just catching up with my mail. The article by Kalinowski was fasinating...food for thought, it would explain a few things I've noticed around me of late.
I'm still feeling quiet spaced out, so not so sure if This feeling was linked with the castle, though I'm gonna try out Carol's suggestion, hopefully tonight.
The planetary alignment thing, where could one find out more about that? It also sounds interesting.
Then again, maybe I just walk around with my head in the clouds all day!

Bright Blessings,
Evie

Hi Eviemay,
People often feel spaced out in Ireland, particularly in the west and in Donegal. The empty castles and the ruins of houses seem to be anything but “uninhabited”, and it´s the same case with the land, it´s raths and cairns. I´ve felt VERY spaced out, among other things, in several areas in the west and in the centre too. To Donegal I´ve not yet “dared” go (can´t wait). I suggest you enjoy the feeling, wonder, but don´t try to pin it down.
Namaste,
Petra
