I just wanted to post some information on a worldwide meditation & prayer group that I have joined. This meditation & prayer takes place every Sunday, the energies & Love felt during these sessions are amazing! Here is some info:

Celestial Love and Light Show Exciting Worldwide Simultaneous Meditations Every Sunday
Every Sunday, there will be a special Celestial Love and Light Show that will occur all over Mother Earth. This incredible event has the possibility of generating the greatest leap in consciousness ever recorded.
Last year while giving a nine day intensive at Mt. Shasta, I was directed to announce and organize a worldwide Sacred Merkaba Techniques Activation on May 5th, 2000. This developed into a simultaneous activation throughout the world by people are activating personal energy fields around their physical bodies into Merkabas. There is now a simultaneous worldwide activation and trip to the New Universe by practitioners of the Advanced Sacred Merkaba Techniques throughout the world each Sunday...
[And when we say everyone participating, it is meant to include everyone consciously performing their own spiritual practice at that exact time. It doesn't matter if they have Merkaba techniques or not, as they can participate using prayer or one can meditate using other techniques. It is the simultaneous worldwide focus on expansion of consciousness while being in the state of consciousness known as Unconditional Love that generates immense quantities of etheric spiritual energies. A leap in consciousness is available at that moment of time by anyone who chooses to consciously participate in this endeavor. As in any spiritual endeavor, the leap of consciousness of the individual will be in direct relationship to the amount of work that they have been doing spiritual on themselves.]
Our hope now is that many other spiritual people will join us each Sunday and practice their special spiritual techniques at that exact moment of the day. Something will happen at 8 pm Greenwich or noon PST or 3PM EST.
We have received Congratulations from the highest Celestial Levels on the work we are doing with the simultaneous activations on Sundays. The effects have been off the scale. I would expect that many of you are by now feeling the effects of these Sunday activations. Each Sunday we are now having a worldwide simultaneous Merkaba Activation at noon PST. We request that you ask friends to join us at the Worldwide Simultaneous Activation Time. They can help everyone and benefit themselves by doing whatever spiritual technique they are following, at the same moment of time each Sunday. Whether they meditate, tai chi, pray, or even jog, have them join in at that time and check out the energies.

It has info on prayer & meditation as well as some special meditations and prayers that can be used by all people.
If you plan to join us, that you may want to start your prayer and/or meditation at around 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the session. This just helps in getting relaxed and into the flow of the group session. You will also want to continue praying and/or meditating for several minutes after the scheduled start time. How long you continue in prayer or meditation is your choice.
