My mother is currently seeing a holistic counsellor / Reiki practicioner / clairvoyant to help her move through some troubling issues.

My mother mentioned that the clairvoyant was quite accurate in telling her some issues that are happening in her life at the moment, and mentioned that the clairvoyant told her something about me.

My mother was told that she will be a grandmother within the next two years, and that it will be a grandson!

How do I use this information?

Many years ago a psychic told me that I would have twin boys...and soon. Now, this was not the type of thing I wanted to hear at the time (I then had a 3 year-old daughter and my hands quite full with her). A year later I did indeed have 2 boys on my hands...2 new kittens from the same litter!

I've been to a few psychics in my life...some very accurate, some not so much. And sometimes (and perhaps this depends upon their level of skill) their predictions come through very jumbled...as with my 2 little kitten brothers.

Some of the stuff that comes through for a clairvoyant can be fun, and if accurate, interesting.

Since your mother is the one that is being read, seeing you, with accuracy, is a little more difficult. For anyone.
(should we presume that you are an only child?)

I am a little at loss to understand how knowing/not knowing whether she will be a grandmother in two years would help her to get through some of her problems.

Anyway, just consider it to be fun and interesting...and in two years you will know if she was accurate, won't you.

- one approach would be to go to the same clairvoyant for a reading without letting him\her know you are the person for whom a "secondary" reading appears to have been done via your mother

- other than that?? does what your mother said to you play on your own issues at all?? push some buttons??

- if so, these will certaily be matters to consider

I have frequently had psychic readings that include information about my children. The are always eerily correct in telling me current situations. Sometimes downright freaky. However, their ability to predict future events has been sketchy at best, and even less accurate with the children. I had one psychic give me a reading where all the predictions that came through wound up being for my sister! And I paid $250 for that reading.:-(
Never, never again. My local reader charges $15 and she is as accurate as anyone.

To address another issue.....when I do receive information regarding my grown children, I generally keep it to myself, unless I'm certain it will be very helpful to share it. I had a reader tell me my daughter would be pregnant and lose the child within a year. A year later her whole life had changed and she was no longer with her male partner, but dating women instead. I suspect she will stay with women, and she most certainly won't be having any children for a long, long time. She's working on a Masters degree, getting reading to graduate and start a career. If she's only dating women, she can't possibly have an "accidental" pregnancy. So you tell me, just what on earth made her see...or interpret...the information she was given in that way? I don't know, but it's certainly something I wasn't going to tell my daughter.....and I'm so grateful I didn't!

Take it with a grain of salt, keep living your life, and don't count on the prediction. I've been given tons of wrong information in psychic readings. The current situations are nearly always on target, but the future is very murky indeed. I use it for "entertainment purposes only" as most of them tell me to do.

Psychics see the POSSIBLE future...what might happen if things continue in a predictable way, but the choices we make day to day can change that outcome.

Where our thoughts go, our energy flows. We can focus so much on what a psychic tells us that we make it happen ourselves.

Psyhics may tell you something that you know already to convince you that they can see you, that their talent is real. And it is not as hard to tell what someone wants to hear as you may think.

Psychics may "interpret" what they see or hear & that is where misinformation or skewed results can pop into the equation. Interpretation requires practice & skill.

Think about how YOU feel about what was said as it may represent a possibility. Embrace it or reject it as you see fit.

Remember that the psychic was reading your mother & this may represent an energetic pattern or desire of your mother.
