I saw a post about this subject on the other board so I thought I'd express myself here:))

I've never had a concious astral projection or OEB except once when I had a bad flu, and I was sure my feet were where my head was and my head at my feet... feeling really displaced. The other time was laying unable to sleep during a heatwave in NYC in an unairconditioned room and I felt my body shifting to a rather drastic angle or inclination with my feet rising and my head sinking but nothing like what I read about like getting up and stll seeing my self laying there or floating above my body (I'd love that!!)

But... quite a few years ago when I lived in Salem just north of Boston two close friends of mind in the same month living in New York city both claimed they saw me during the night in their apartments ( they live in different locations ). One (a bit psychic) saw me walking through their living room, the other (a bit crazy) saw me in their Bedroom. Both saw me at a time when I was asleep. Could I have done this wthout being aware? Is it possible I'm still doing this unaware.It would be great to be awake and control this if it's really taking place. Your thoughts anyone????

Yes, while asleep is one of the most prolific time for astral travel -

- it is also likely that one remembers little of it - though occasionally we can have slight recall.

- it is Mindful astral travel which one tries to develop - so that one learns from each "outing"
