namaste,
i would recommend you find a teacher in your area who offers prenatal yoga classes. it would be safer to practice under the supervision of a teacher, particularly if you do not have a regular yoga practice already. it is not recommended to practice yoga in the first trimester, and abdominal twists, (or any pressure on the abdomen) are no-nos.
