The Reiki Cafe 

Hello to all,
A friend of mine has asked for reiki. She is in a bad way in a New York City hospital. She has throat and mouth cancer. Never been a smoker so they do not know the cause and it has been a very long fight for her. She had surgery yesterday for trach and feeding tube. More surgery this week to insert seeds for radiation. She has been undergoing chemo for some time now.

She lives here in Connecticut by me but has been away from her husband and son to get treatments in New York.

Her request is for reiki sent to her and her family. Her son is 10 and has been staying with me over night. He is keping alot in and Dad is exhausted too.

On her behalf, thank you and light to you all. She is attuned to reiki as well as her daughter.

Reiki healing energy on the way.

The woman who used to babysit us as wee kids always talked in a deep, raspy voice. My mom explained it was because she had had throat cancer when she was younger. This woman went on to lead a very long, healthy, and productive life. She eventually passed in her 70's (I believe it was), due to other health concerns.

Keep positive, keep strong.

Her husband just came by to get his son. I believe she is doing so well thanks to the strength of her family and her own strong will. I was very sad to see her a couple of months ago when she was at a low point. She was recieving alot of reiki before she was too sick to travel to the person working with her.

We will all be praying that this next round works. I will be doing alot of work with her tonight and over the next couple of weeks. I'll keep you posted.
