The Reiki Cafe 

This is a request for healing myself as a feel I may be more able to help others better once I have helped myself. I use Reiki reguarly on myself and am not sure if it is working. I have recently completed Reiki 1 and am keen to move on to Reiki 2.

I suffer from bipolar disorder and trauma following years of sexual, emotional and physical abuse during childhood.

I want to move on and live my life and aim to use Reiki to help others as much as possible.

Dear Puma,
Sending distance Reiki. Will add your name to my morning list. If you know of a practitioner who is trained in Transformational Reiki, I believe that may be of help in letting go of the past. At any rate, it is nice to balance self treatments with treatments from others. Distance Reiki is great, but it is nice to get some hands on, too, if possible.
