The Reiki Cafe 

Hi We just found out that my husband will be getting laid off in two weeks. There is something that tells us this will be a blessing in disguise. I just don't want to miss the spiritual guidance by focusing on the worries of bills etc. I have a very strong sense that perhaps we are not in the right physical place and that we are to move somewhere else. I would appreciate any insights people may pick up. Thank you

Warm greetings from the Reiki Cafe. What I have found helpful in similar situations of change over time has been to focus on the "spiritual guidance" as you mentioned, rather than any form of problems or worries that may manifest. Keeping focused on positive, uplifting, spiritual thoughts, keeps the energy expanded and space for the solution to manifest. This energy expansion can be focused on with deep relaxing breaths, positive thoughts, prayers and affirmations, meditation--(is excellent) any type of therapeutic bodywork, such as massage therapy, reflexology( if you have a special place in mind you can go to, or exchange with your husband) , whatever drawn to, natural vibrational remedies such as essential oils- a couple of drops in the shower or bath is very nice, in addition to adding a few drops to a water spritzer and spraying the environment--.Aromatherapy, flower essences, herb teas, reading various prayers or meditations ( and energizing walks in Nature . Focusing on thoughts of Gratitude and thankfulness to the Great Spirit for all that one has in their life.Reading spiritual literature and or meditationg before going to sleep. Thankfulness for each and every situation in the spiritual journey of life. Changes on the outside most reflect changes and evolution of our Spirits. In the realm of Spirit, all is in perfect Divine Order. Wishing you and yours(and everyone) Blessings on the continued spiritual journey. I would be grateful to include you & yours in distant reiki. Most of all, dont worry about trying to do anything, relax and go with the flow-gently. Mostly, be all right with wherever you are in the moment. It is all perfect. Some of the above mentioned suggestions are suggestions only. If where you are in the moment is to just relax and enjoy something you enjoy--then be there (being all-right with where one is every moment)allows the energy to move through. I just viewed your other post, and since you have Reiki II, and your husband and children have Reiki I ( what a blessing), this would be an excellent time to Reiki often. Perhaps writing the situations you are concerned about and all of you as a family can place you hands on the copy ( the situations) and focus Reiki. This would be an excellent time to Reiki often, and send distant reiki to the situation you are concerned about.

Thank you for the all the great ideas. I did feel some extra Reiki energy last night. Can you please tell me what NARMASTE means and its origin. I'm not familiar with this term. Harmony and health to you and yours. Md's mom

Will include you and yourhusband in my morning distance Reiki.
On the practical side, don't forget that sometimes in these circumstances, the bill collectors will give us some "slack". Don't forget to ask for this help if you need it.
