The Reiki Cafe 

This is a request for all who feel able to send healing to my mother-in-law.
She suffers from so many illnesses that I ran out of space on the form to claim attendance allowances for her - there are 16 boxes!!

Among the most serious are a history of breast and uterine cancer, angina, Parkinson's Disease, diabetes and chronic cellulitis.

She is currently hospitalized with suspected diverticulitis and/or bowel cancer and is awaiting an MRI scan.

She is called Renee Taylor and is currently in Watson Ward, Burnley General Hospital, Burnley, Lancashire, U.K. Her home address is in Burnley. She has given full consent for me to make this request on her behalf.

Update .

To all who responded to my request, thank you,

We have still not found out the cause of the problem. Renee is due to have a scan today(Thursday) but her spirits have much improved and she looks much better than she did on Friday last.

I am sure that this is in no small way the result of the reiki being sent to her. Please keep sending and hopefully, today, we will know what we are dealing with.

update.

Renee had her scan and tests on Thursday and was given the results late on Friday.

All were clear of cancer.

The problem appears to have been caused by the diverticulitis and there is a tear in her bowel.The medics propose to operate and seal the part of the bowel off for a period to allow it to heal naturally. She will have to have a colostomy bag but hopefully that will not be for too long.
