Feeling weak & fluey and tearful

A month and a half ago, I posted a request for healing. I felt much better a few days later and I even posted to say so. But in the past three days, I 've been feeling really unwell again. It seems like the flu but I get the feeling there's stuff to be resolved on the emotional level again. Also, my tummy is bloated and hurting. I tried to ''feel'' the symptoms to understand what's behind it...I got a few different things but mostly it's this great fear connected to my health...and also some anger about a certain relationship. I 've been giving myself some Reiki but no change so far.

I also had a minor operation a few days ago and I 'm still recuperating.

I really need to feel better by next week cause I 'm working on this project with someone and we 've already fallen behind. If anyone has the time to send me some Reiki over the weekend, I 'd greatly appreciate it.

Thank you in advance

Blessings,
Whatever

whatever,

/*\ Namaste :-}}

- you are added to my list for nightly Reiki practices

- can you say where you had surgery? It wouldn't have been in the abdominal areas, would it?? Were you given any anti-biotics? Pain meds? Many of these can upset the stomach if not taken with food.

Reiki All Around,

All Blessings,

Firekeeper

Hi Whatever,

I will send Reiki to you. Sometimes our physical body's have not so subtle ways of telling us to rest and go easy on ourselves.

Gentle Blessings

Thank you both.

Yes, Firekeeper, it did involve my abdominal area( other parts of the body as well). I was told it would be a totally painless process but apparently, it was not. I 'm not sure how many days it will take for the treated areas to heal fully, it seems longer than I was told.

But my main problem is this weakness. I often feel like I 'm dying(like my spirit wants to leave my body behind). I have had all sorts of tests done. The results showed slightly low iron & sodium levels. That was a month and a half ago. Since then, I 've been instructed to eat certain things(red meat, etc) and I 'm doing so. Maybe my tummy upset has partly to do with my new diet. But why do I keep feeling so weak? I don't know what to think.

Thanks again.

Whatever

P.S: Maybe I 'm confronting mortality issues. But even if I am, I just wish Reiki would help me overcome them.

whatever,

Hi.

If you are anxious and depressed then this can sap a lot of energy. Listlessness is not always a sign of "disease" (as the disease model folks would have us believe). If you use the Reiki with Mindful Intention and apply the energy to mortality issues or whatever is eating at you then you ought to start feeling better.

If it is a viral or bacteriolocical issue then lots of Reiki to thymus will help boost your immune system so you can be rid of the infection and be better prepared to fight off future nasties that come your way.

Cheers,

RC

hi there,
ARRR ! an operation eh! this is probably post anesthetic blues!!!...nothing 'you' have done...it effects most people, some more so than others & can leave you feeling awful, reiki the wound area.....be 'KIND & GENTLE' with 'YOU', you should feel better in a while, get plenty of fresh air with deep breathing...(I would try Iron pills, for a few weeks)they 'act' sooner than red meat, IMO red meat is not good for you..you need half a cow a day for the Iron you can get in a supplement (cheap, from your market to buy)

Yes, I believe it may have had something to do with the anaesthetic. I 'm feeling stronger in that respect right now.

Unfortunately, it 's *that time of the month* and I 'm experiencing strong feelings with regards to a certain relationship the result of which has been emotional exhaustion. In many ways, that's been my primal problem, the operation just augmented it. Does it ever get better..? *rolling her eyes*

Thank you all again

Another thing I 've always wondered: how do you do mindful intent when you 're completely overwhelmed with feeling? I find it next to impossible.

Whatever,

You inately know that most all things are possible.

Try doing salt bath soaks if possible to clear off any toxins from your body.

Drink plenty of fluids.

Be sure you are grounded.

Use your CKR and SHK on your head and tanden areas.

In your yard or a park setting find a new sprig from a pine or evergreen type tree.

When you are getting ready to practice, get grounded and hold the sprig in your hands.
Set your intention, one intention, and feel the sprig in your hands.

If your thoughts stray just let them go and return to feeling the sprig and think your intention.

I think this might work for you.
Keep trying.

All blessings,

Donna
