The Reiki Cafe 

Hi, I realize I'm still new here but I was wondering if someone could help me out and send some reiki my way please? I keep getting frustrated, depressed and a lot of times downright angry at the smallest and silliest things nonsense things really. I'm not at all like this but I feel like I have such a short fuse and a bad temper but I don't let it out because I don't want to hurt other people's feelings. I just kind of keep it all to myself but it's really hurting my life right now. My name is Lori, I'm 23 I live in NJ please help! :(
