The Reiki Cafe 

Is anyone proficient in this type of Reiki? Cause I could really use some. My own regular type ain't working right now.

P.S: No, seriously, been doing Reiki the past couple of days to curb this extreme anxiety and still nada. I thought I had addressed the issue behind the symptom but nope, still feeling very bad.

I have never heard of that kind of REiki, however...Karuna REiki ..has a nice symbol for peace and I am sending it to you...ok? also,,,release, release...I also find that working with Quan Yin...is very peaceful when I am in high
anxiety mode...

Firekeeper, I remember us having a similar discussion a few months ago. My problem is I can't practice mindfulness when my head is spinning, I just can't. How do you do it?
