FRC is First Root Cause. Any disease state has a cause, and that cause has a cause and so on. The first root cause is the one from where the disease really sprouts. So I request reiki to heal the FRC.

If you can, please learn EFT, if not already knowing it. In my thinking, it should help you a lot and you can do self treatment very easily over a period of few minutes. It can be applied for any situation. I have just given you a session of surrogate EFT.

Reiki on it's way. As Firekeeper said, make sure that your stomach muscles are strengthened. They help to support the back.
